Let our new LifeStyle Hotel in Munich inspire you with its 82 Modern rooms! All rooms include their own Balcony, a living and dining area, as most, their own Kitchen.

With our “Coco-Mat” beds we hope to be able to meet the individual sleep requirements of each of our guests.

Bookable are double rooms, as well as Junior, and Executive Suites.

With this Hotel we strove to distance ourselves from the norm, and offer you spaciously furnished, acclimatized individual rooms; for even just a short stay.

In house we offer you our Roof-Top indoor swimming pool, with a fantastic view over the rooftops of Munich, as well as, weather permitting, a gorgeous panoramic view of the Alps. We aren’t kidding!

On our Sun Terrace, you will be able to enjoy a little relaxation in the middle of town. Our luxurious Wicker Beach Chairs will tempt you to linger “Just a little longer”!

Our Fitness area with Sauna offers the opportunity to optimize spare time in an active form.

The reception is on the opposite site of the building in our partnerhotel GS-Hotel (Zielstattstraße 12).
Our opening times are from 06:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Check-in is only permitted for guests aged 21 years and older. This property is designed for adults and is not a party hotel. 
 
Parties & Events 
Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, celebrations or similar gatherings are not permitted. 
 
Quiet Hours 
Quiet hours apply daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. In case of violations, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately. 
 
Payment & Security 
A valid credit card is required at check-in. Cash payment is not accepted from Friday to Sunday. 
 
Right to Refuse Service 
In case of violation of house rules, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate the stay without refund.
